Our Story
Two generations of roasters with more than 75 years of experience laid the foundation for our passion for coffee. The first generation learned the secrets, stories, and anecdotes of coffee, blending and roasting, laying the foundations of a solid legacy for new generations. The second generation carries coffee in their veins, combines the passion and inherited anecdotes with the science and techniques of coffee processes.
The success of Professional Roasters is built on consolidating a team of highly skilled
professionals in the areas of industrial processes, quality controls, management and
marketing and sales. Our main objective is satisfying the needs of a consumer eager for new
flavors, new presentations, and high demands for aromas and coffee quality.
Professional Roasters leads the industry in researching new trends and has patents in the
single serve market that will expand and make way for new evolutions in coffee consumption
